You know, I am always one to enjoy an unexpected day off from...
anything! But now I'm starting to panic as the last day
of school is creeping closer and closer to July! WHAT!? July you say?
Yes folks, every one of these wonderful snow days we enjoy
so much during the WINTER months are tacked on to the
end of the school year, or in other words...
the SUMMER month of June!
We are now looking at June 24th for the last day of school!
All of you folks out West start praying for non-threatening
snowstorms in New England.
(not sure what that would entail since ALL snowstorms seem to be threatening here!)
We'd really like to get done with school before July -- really!!
My word...the Eastern United States just doesn't know how to buck up and work through the weather, do they? Sorry about school until July. I will pray diligently that no more "snow days" happen. We want you home for the summer as soon as possible!
